Late Task Escalation

Use this page to Escalate Late Tasks.

To access this page:

  1. Select Track > Late Tasks in the Navigation pane to view all late tasks across all projects.

    OR

    Select Project > Plans > Vertical View > Additional Information tab > Late Tasks to view late tasks for a plan.

  2. Select the task that requires the escalation email to be sent.

Field

Description

NAME

Displays the name of the Escalation process manager who will receive the escalation email. Managers are added on the User List – Receive Workflow Escalations page (Configuration > Workflow > Escalation Process > Users – Escalations Received).

EMAIL ADDRESS

Displays the email address for the Escalation process manager who will receive the escalation email.

Manager email addresses are added on the User List – Receive Workflow Escalations page (Configuration > Workflow > Escalation Process > Users – Escalations Received).

ESCALATED ON

Displays the date and time the user in the ESCALATED BY field clicked Send Escalation Email.

NOTE: If this field is blank, an escalation email has not been sent.

ESCALATED BY

Displays the user name of the user who clicked Send Escalation Email.

NOTE: If this field is blank, an escalation email has not been sent.

Send Escalation Email

Click to send an escalation email to the Escalation process manager.
