User List - Work List Items Escalated

To access this page:

1. Select Track > Configuration > Work Flow > Escalation Process in the Navigation pane.

2. Click Users – Work Items Escalated on the Escalation Process page.

Field	Description
Add User	Click to add the selected user to the escalation process.
Remove User	Click to remove the selected user from the escalation process..
USER ID	Displays the user ID of a user who can be added to or removed from the escalation process. Once added, if this user is assigned to a late task, an email can be sent to the manager assigned to the Escalation process.
INCLUDED	If enabled, the selected user has been added to the process..
