Project Distribution Users

Use this page to Add Users to a Project Distribution.

To access this page:

  1. Select Information Steward Accelerator > Project Summary in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click the Users icon.

NOTE: Excel Integration has been enabled on this page. Refer to Use Excel Integration for more information.

Field

Description

Activate

Click to activate one or more users on the page. The ACTIVE check box is checked.

Deactivate

Click to deactivate one or more users on the page. The ACTIVE check box is unchecked.

USER ID

Displays the name of the user who belongs to the Distribution.

ACTIVE

If checked, the user is active for the Distribution.

User Filters

Click to open the Project Distribution User Filters page to set filters for rule data for the selected user for the project distribution.

This filter takes precedence over the filter set on the User Filters page.
