Exclude Columns from Excel Integration

On a page for a custom WebApp, page designers can exclude the columns in the Excel template used by Excel Integration.

By default, all columns on the Horizontal View display on the Excel template, except for columns:

  • With a Control Status of Hide for the All Views View Type
  • That have the control of image, button, label, tab or toolbar

To exclude columns from Excel Integration:

  1. Navigate to the page where the Excel template columns should be configured.
  2. Click the Change Settings icon in the Site toolbar.
  3. Select Design.
  4. Click the Column Properties icon.
  5. Click Add.

  6. Select the column to hide in the COLUMN list box.
  7. Select Excel from the VIEW TYPE list box.
  8. Select Hide from the CONTROL STATUS list box.
  9. Click Save.
