Position User
Use this page to view users in a position.
To access this page:
- Select dspConduct > Security > Positions in the Navigation pane.
- Click the Users icon for a position.

Assign Calendar |
Click to open the User Calendar page in Common to assign a calendar to the selected user. |
|
USER ID |
Displays the user ID assigned to the selected position. |
|
CALENDAR ID |
Displays the calendar to which the user is assigned. NOTE: All users in the position must have the calendar specified at the Position level. Calendars are maintained and users are assigned to calendars in Common. Refer to Use a Calendar for more information. |

IS BACKUP USER |
If checked, the user has been configured to be a back up for another user, and inherits the user’s positions until the expiration date. Refer to Assign a Back up User for more information. |

BACKUP EXPIRATION DATE |
Displays the date that the user is no longer a back up user and is no longer assigned to the user’s positions. |
