Set Up Security for dspMonitor™

Refer to System Administration for more information regarding these steps.

To set up security for dspMonitor™ an Administrator:

  1. Creates User Accounts

  2. When granting user access to dspMonitor, either:

  • Assign the user to a security role that contains the groups the user can access, or

  • Assign the groups to the user through a user-specific security definition.

    Refer to Set Security for more information.

    Watch the video for an overview of changes to dspMonitor groups for 7.1.

  1. A user can then Configure User Settings, Reports and Filters.
