To access this page, select Mass Maintenance > Configuration > Users from Navigation pane.

Field

Description

USER ID

Displays user ID to which template roles are assigned. Users must have template roles assigned in System Administration by either:

  • Assigning the user to a security role that contains the template role, or
  • Assigning a template role’s Security Definition Key Value to the user

SEND WORKFLOW

If checked, workflow emails are enabled for the user. Workflow emails notify users when they have a role that is ready to be finished. If disabled, user must log into Mass Maintenance for updates instead of being notified via workflow.

SEND NOTIFICATION

If checked, the user receives a message from within Mass Maintenance when a role to which the user is assigned is ready to be worked. For example, a user assigned to the Review role for a template  receives a notification from within Mass Maintenance when the Data role for that template is finished. If the check box is disabled, no notification displays.

Org Units

Click to open the User (Org Units) page to add and delete Org Units for the user ID.

Templates

Click to open the User Template Role Access page to view user assignments to template roles.

Copy User ID

Displays user ID from which Org Unit assignments are copied from an existing user to a new user ID. This process helps expedite the process of granting access to a user.
