Project Distribution Users

Use this page to View User Assignments to a Project Distribution.

To access this page:

  1. Select Information Steward Accelerator > Project Summary in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click the Distributions icon for a project.
  3. Click the Users icon.

Field

Description

Activate

Click to make the users selected on the page active in the Distribution.

The ACTIVE check box displays with a check mark.

Deactivate

Click to deactivate the users selected on the page from the Distribution.

The ACTIVE check box displays without a check mark.

USER ID

Displays the name of the user who belongs to the Distribution either through:

  • Assignment to a Content role that contains the Distribution, or
  • Assignment of a Security Definition Key Value that is the Distribution

ACTIVE

If checked, the user is active for the Distribution.

EMAIL ADDRESS

Displays the user’s email address to which notification workflows are sent.

User Filters

Click to open the Project Distribution User Filters page to set filters for rule data for the selected user for the project distribution.

This filter takes precedence over the filter set on the User Filters page.
