Request Status

Use this page to Configure Request Statuses.

To access this page, select Mass Maintenance > Setup > Request Status in the Navigation pane.

Description

REQUEST STATUS

Displays unique identifier for the request status.

Request statuses delivered with Mass Maintenance cannot be changed.

DESCRIPTION

Displays brief description of the request status.

DEFAULT RETENTION INTERVAL

Displays number of days requests of the specified request status remain active before archived. If the value is 0, the request is not considered for archiving. Default Retention Interval is applied to new requests.

IMAGE

Display name of the image assigned to the request status.

IMAGE PREVIEW

Displays image shown while the request is in the specified status.
