Use this page to View History of an Interface.

To access this page:

  1. Select History in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click the History icon for the desired interface.

Field

Description

INSTANCE ID

Displays the ID of the instance that the interface ran against.

TIME STARTED

Displays the time that the interface started running.

TIME COMPLETED

Displays the time that the interface finished running.

DURATION

Displays the time that it took for the interface to run.

STATUS

Displays the current status of the interface. Options are:

  • Completed – The interface completed
  • Failed – The interface failed and needs to be fixed before it is rerun

COMPLETED

If checked, the interface completed without failing.

If unchecked, the interface failed.

Events

Click to open the Monitor (Events) page to view and interact with interface events that are currently running or that have failed.

Field

Description

Instance ID

Displays the ID of the instance that the interface ran against.

Time Started

Displays the time that the interface started running.

Time Completed

Displays the time that the interface finished running.

Completed

If checked, the interface completed without failing.

If unchecked, the interface is either currently running or failed.

Duration

Displays the time that it took for the interface to run.

Status

Displays the current status of the interface. Options are:

  • Completed –Tthe interface completed.
  • Failed – The interface failed and needs to be fixed before it is rerun.

Message

Displays the message that is displayed when the instance fails.

Retry Count

Displays how many times the interface tried again until the retry time allotment has passed or the event is successful. Event must be set up with Retry Parameters. Refer to Set Retry Parameters for more information.
