Monitor Table Download Process

The table download process can be monitored to see which individual tasks have completed for the download.

NOTE: To receive a workflow email that a table download has failed in Collect, a user must be assigned to a security role that has the Collect WebApp group WorkFlowFailureAll or WorkFlowFaiureByTargetAccess assigned. Refer to Set Security in System Administration for more information.

To monitor the table download process:

  1. Click Tables in the Navigation pane.
  2. Build the download package for the table by either clicking Build and Refresh or Build Package on the Page toolbar.
  3. Click Vertical View for the table.
  4. Click General Information tab.
  5. Click View Job Tasks.
