Set the Data Source

A System Administrator can set the data source at the Wave-Process Area level, which cascades through all objects in the Wave-Process Area. The data source can be overridden at the object level (on the Vertical View of the Process Area: Object page).

To set the data source at the Wave-Process Area level:

  1. Click Waves in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click the Process Areas icon for a Wave.
  3. Click the Vertical View icon for a Process Area.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Select the data source in the Data Source ID list box.
  6. Click Save.
