Structure Field

NOTE: The fields that display on this page are based on the selected type. This page is available for User Defined Fixed Width and Delimited Template Types and for XML Template Types.

Structure Field Fixed Width and Delimited Template Types

To access this page:

1. Click Integrate > Categories in the Navigation pane.
2. Click the Templates icon.
3. Click Vertical View for a User Defined Template Type of Fixed Width or Delimited.
4. Click the Define icon.
5. Click the Fields icon.

Field	Description
PRIORITY	Displays the order the field should appear in the flat file.
NAME	Displays the field name that should appear in the flat file.
DESCRIPTION	Displays a description of the field that should appear in the flat file.

Structure Field  User Defined XML Template Type

To access this page:

1. Click Integrate > Categories in the Navigation pane.
2. Click the Templates icon.
3. Click Vertical View for a User Defined Template Type of XML.
4. Click the Define icon.
5. Click the Fields icon.

Field	Description
PRIORITY	Displays the order for the field in the XML document.
NAME	Displays the structure name.
DESCRIPTION	Displays the description of the element or attribute.
ELEMENT ATTRIBUTE	Displays whether the field is added as an element or attribute of the structure element.
OUTPUT	Displays how the Element or Attribute displays in the resulting XML file.
INCLUDE IF EMPTY	If enabled, and no value exists for the element, the field will still be included in the XML file.
Attributes	Click the Attribute icon if the field is an element that should include attributes. If the field is an attribute, this icon is disabled.
