Mass Maintenance
All Requests
Use this page to Monitor Requests.
To access this page, select Mass Maintenance > Reports > All Requests in the Navigation pane.

TEMPLATE |
Displays name of template assigned to the request. |

REQUEST ID |
Displays the ID of the request. |
|
Displays a brief description of the request. |
|

CREATED ON |
Displays date and time when request was created. |
|
CREATED BY |
Displays User ID of individual who created the request. |
|
REQUEST STATUS |
Displays image that represents the request status. |
|
ACTIVE ROLE |
Displays the Role ID for the role that is currently active in the request. |

Users |
Click to open the Template Role Users Monitor page to view a list of all users assigned to the request. |

Details |
Click to open the Request Details Monitor page to view a list of each role for the request, when the role was finished and who finished the role. |
