Copy Org Unit Assignments

A user can copy the org unit assignments from another user to set up org unit assignments for a user.

Prior to completing this task, both the users being copied to and from must have template roles assigned by either:

• Assigning the user to a security role that contains the template role, or
• Assigning a template role’s Security Definition Key Value to the user

NOTE: Users must be assigned to the same template role to have org units copied.

To copy org unit assignments:

1. Select Mass Maintenance > Configuration > Users in the Navigation pane.
2. Click Vertical View for a User.
3. Click Edit.
4. Select the user whose org unit assignments will be copied to the current user in the Copy User ID list box.
5. Click Save.
