Link a Template to a Page

A custom template can be linked to a page in another component, so that page can be used in the request workflow.

To link a template to a page in another component:

1. Select Team on the Navigation pane.
2. Click Templates for a team.
3. Click Roles for the custom template.
4. Click Vertical View for the role that should access this page.
5. Click Page Setting tab.

6. Click the Custom Page check box to enable it.

   NOTE: Once the check box is enabled, the Web App ID and Page ID list boxes become visible.

7. Click Edit.

   View the field descriptions for the Template (Role) page's Vertical View.

8. Select an option from the Web App ID list box.

   NOTE: The Web App ID is the component that contains the page.

9. Select the custom page name from the Page ID list box.
10. Click Save.
11. Click the General tab.

12. Click Generate Custom.

    NOTE: Clicking this icon is required, and must be performed before requests can be added and processed for the template.

13. Click Activate.
