Archived Requests

To access this page, click Master Data Management > Archives in the Navigation pane.

Field	Description
REQUEST ID	Displays the unique ID created for the request.
PARENT ID	Displays the unique ID created for the parent request of this request. If the request is not a child of another request, the Parent ID and the Request ID are the same.
BUSINESS PROCESS ID	Displays the name of the business process containing the scenario to which the request belongs.
SCENARIO ID	Displays the name of the scenario to which the request belongs.
STATUS	Displays an icon corresponding to the request status.
CONTENT APP	Displays the name of the Content WebApp registered to the category.
Roles	Click to open the Archive Request Roles page to view information related to roles for the archived request.
Post Processes	Click to open the Archived Request Post Process page to view the Integrate processes for the archived request. NOTE: These processes are assigned at the scenario level and run when the request is posted. The count on the icon represents the number of processes assigned to the archived request.
Finish Download Messages	Click to open the Archived Finish Download Messages page to view archived data related to the finish download messages received for the archived request. These messages display information about how data was downloaded to tables during the Final Finish process. The count on the icon represents the number of messages downloaded for the archived request.
