Category Workflow Message

Use this page to Edit Category Language-specific Messages

To access this page:

  1. Select Master Data Management > Designin the Navigation pane.
  2. Click Vertical View for a category.
  3. Click the Workflow Messages icon.

Field

Description

LANGUAGE ID

Displays language used for the workflow message. Language-specific messages are added on the Category Workflow Language Message page.

NOTE: Workflow messages can be configured for the languages that display in the LANGUAGE ID column. These languages are defined as active in the Stewardship Tier.

Messages

Click to open the Category Workflow Language Message page to edit Category Language-specific Messages.

ENABLED

If enabled, at least one message for that language has the ENABLED check box selected on the Category Workflow Language Message page.

If disabled, no messages on the Category Workflow Language Message page have the ENABLED check box selected.

This is a display only check box that cannot be updated by the user.

If a workflow language message is disabled, that workflow is not sent for that category.
