Request Status
Use this page to Add a Custom Request Status.
To access this page, select Master Data Management > Configuration > Setup > Request Status in the Navigation pane.

REQUEST STATUS ID |
Displays the |
REQUEST STATUS |
Displays the name of the request status. |
IMAGE |
Displays the image name assigned to the request status. |
IMAGE PREVIEW |
Displays the rendered image assigned to the image name selected in the corresponding IMAGE field. |
EDITABLE |
If checked, a request in this status can be updated by a role who has access to the request. If unchecked, a request in this status is read only. No actions can be performed on the request. |
ARCHIVABLE |
If checked, a request in this status can be archived. By default, a request is archived if it remains in the same status for 30 days. If the ARCHIVABLE check box is unchecked, a request in this status will not be archived, even after the default setting of 30 days has passed. NOTE: This setting can be updated at the category level. Refer to Set the Days Active for a Request Status for more information. |
ROLE ACCESS |
If checked, a request in the status can be processed by a role. The Finish and Validate buttons are active when the request is being processed by the Application role. The Reset, Reviewer Workbench and Validate buttons are active when the request is being processed by the Review role. The Finish button is active for the Post role. If ROLE ACCESS is unchecked, the Reset, Finish, Review Workbench and Validate buttons are disabled. |
COMPLETED |
If checked, a request in this status is completed. By default, Completed is checked for the delivered statuses Finished and Finish Failed. In order to indicate a completed request for a custom status, check Completed. |
