SLA Percent On Time by Business Process Details
Use this page to view details for the SLA Percent On Time by Business Process chart based on active requests.
- Select Master Data Management > Design in the Navigation pane.
- Click Vertical View for a category.
- Click Metrics tab.
- Click SLA Business Process; the details page displays in the child pane.

CATEGORY |
Displays the category on which the chart is based. |
BUSINESS PROCESS NAME |
Displays the business process name in the category. |
PERCENT ON TIME |
For the specific business process, displays the percentage of active requests that were completed on time according to established SLA settings. |
TOTAL BUSINESS PROCESS COUNT |
Displays the total number of times the specific business process occurred in the SLA calculation. |
ON TIME BUSINESS PROCESSES |
For the specific business process, displays how many times it completed on time based on SLA. |
