SLA Percent On Time by Business Process Details

Use this page to view details for the SLA Percent On Time by Business Process chart based on active requests.

To access this chart in MDM:

1. Select Master Data Management > Design in the Navigation pane.
2. Click Vertical View for a category.
3. Click Metrics tab.
4. Click SLA Business Process; the details page displays in the child pane.

Field	Description
CATEGORY	Displays the category on which the chart is based.
BUSINESS PROCESS NAME	Displays the business process name in the category.
PERCENT ON TIME	For the specific business process, displays the percentage of active requests that were completed on time according to established SLA settings.
TOTAL BUSINESS PROCESS COUNT	Displays the total number of times the specific business process occurred in the SLA calculation.
ON TIME BUSINESS PROCESSES	For the specific business process, displays how many times it completed on time based on SLA.
