Category, Business Process SLA Percent On Time

When a request is submitted, a due date for each of the request’s roles is calculated based on the Work Days, Hours and Minutes SLA settings for the role. As request roles are finished, new due dates are calculated for subsequent roles whose dependencies are complete.  When charts are produced, these due dates are used to determine the percent on time values for the specific design element (i.e., category, business process, scenario, or role) being viewed.

This chart displays the percentage of request roles by Category - Business Process that were completed on time according to the established SLA settings. This chart is based on Completed and In Process requests from both the active and archived request tables.

NOTE: Complete and In Process request roles have status Posted, Posted with Errors, Posting Started, Request in process, Finish Processing or Finish Failed.

To access this chart in MDM:

  1. Select Master Data Management > Dashboards > Category SLA Percent On Time in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click a specific Category on the Category SLA Percent On Time chart.
