Structures - Data

Use this page to Set Up New Structure Data for Packages.

To access this page, click Configuration > Structure Data in the Navigation pane.

Field

Description

NAME

Displays the name of the data structure.

Outline

Click to open the Structures - Data - Outline View page in the child pane. This page shows the hierarchical structure of tables / sub tables in the Structure Data.

Tables

Click to open the Structures - Data Parent Tables page to specify which database and table are in the structure. Once a table is added, Promote automatically adds all of the columns for the table on to the Structure - Data Table Columns page.

Packages

Displays the count of packages that are using the selected Structure Data.

System Supplied

If checked, this content is installed with the Stewardship Tier and cannot be edited.

If unchecked, the content was added by a user or process.

NOTE: This is a display-only check box. It cannot be updated.
