Copy WebApp User

Use this page while Creating a User Account Based on Another User’s Security Settings.

To access this page:

  1. Select Admin > Security > Users in the Navigation pane.

  2. Click the Create User From icon.

  3. Click the Permissions icon.

Field

Description

WEB APP NAME

Displays the name of the WebApp to which the user has access. A user based on these security settings can also access the WebApp groups associated with the WebApp, unless security settings are updated.

Groups

Click to open the CopyWebAppGroupUser page to view and update the WebApp groups that the user can access, and to set an expiration date on the WebApp group access if needed.

REVOKE WEB APP ACCESS

Click to remove the user’s permission to access the WebApp.
