Field	Description
SEQUENCE NAME	Displays the name of sequence as registered in the Oracle database.
TABLE NAME	Displays the table name the sequence is mapped to, referenced during inserts to this table.
COLUMN NAME	Displays the column name to which the sequence value is mapped.
