Description

Displays the order in which the link displays. If the link is part of a group, the priority determines the order in which the link displays under the group.

This field is available when users Create Quick Links by Role and Create Quick Links by User.

Displays the active priority for how the quick links display on the Quick Links page. This system-generated field considers the grouping and individual links’ priorities. It is useful to show the user how the links appear in the Group ID list box.

Displays the name of the Stewardship Tier page saved as a quick link. The list of available pages is limited to the user’s accessible pages (refer to Quick Links Security for more information).

This field is available when users Create Quick Links by Role and Create Quick Links by User.

Displays name of quick link. If this field is blank, the page name is automatically defaulted as the label.

Displays the Role ID to help the user prioritize the link against various role-defined links and their own user-defined links. This field is only populated (and is automatically populated) if the quick link was assigned to a user by a manager. Refer to Create Quick Links by User for more information.

Displays name of user ID (usually a manager) who created the quick link for the specific user.

This field is only available when users Create Quick Links by User.

Displays date and time when the quick link was created for the specific user.

This field is automatically populated with the ID of the current page when users Create Quick Links by User, but must be manually populated when users Create Quick Links by Role.
