Security Administration Reconciliation with Governance Applications

To access this page:

Select Admin > Security > Security Management > User Security Reports in the Navigation pane.
Click the Security Reconciliation in Governance link.

Field	Description
USER ID	Displays ID associated with the user employed to log in to the Stewardship Tier.
USER NAME	Displays name of user associated with the User ID.
CONTENT TYPE	Displays the type of content. Values include: MDM Position Data Quality Group Mass Maintenance Template Role
CONTENT NAME	Displays the name of the MDM Position, Data Quality group, or Mass Maintenance Template Role.
FOUND IN APPLICATION	Displays Yes if user has been assigned to the content in the WebApp. Displays No if the user is not assigned to the content at the WebApp level.
FOUND IN SYSTEM ADMIN	Displays Yes if user has been assigned to the content on the Security Management pages in System Administration. Displays No if the user is not assigned to the content at the System Administration level.
COMMENT	Displays the reason security is out of sync between the WebApp and System Administration. These reasons include: User is Backup user in Conduct Position is deleted Monitor Group is deleted Compose Template Role is deleted User is creator of a Compose template User is owner of a Monitor Group
STATUS	Displays a green icon if security is in synch between the WebApp and System Administration and a red icon if it is not.
