User Application Access Download

Use this page to view a list of WebApps a user can access and how that security is assigned.

To access this page:

  1. Select Admin > Security > Security Management > User Security Reports in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click the User Application Access Download link.

Field

Description

ASSIGNMENT VIA

Displays how the user receives access to the pages in a WebApp. 

  • Role Assignment indicates the user was granted access through assignment to a security role.
  • Direct WebApp Assignment indicates the user was assigned to the WebApp by assignment to a WebApp group.

USER ID

Displays ID associated with the user employed to log in to the Stewardship Tier.

NAME

Displays name of user associated with the User ID.

WINDOWS USER NAME

Displays the login name used for Microsoft Windows to log in to the Stewardship Tier. This field is used if Integrated Authentication is enabled to validate against the Windows domain.

EMAIL ADDRESS

Displays user’s email address. This email address is used for all workflow notifications.

ROLE NAME

Displays the role name.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Displays a description of the role, intended to supplement the Role Name by indicating how the Role is used.

WEB APP NAME

Displays the name of the WebApp to which the WebApp group belongs. 

GROUP NAME

Displays  the name of the WebApp group to which the user is assigned. 

PAGE DESCRIPTION

Displays the page name that the user can access. 

PAGE TYPE

Displays the page type of the selected record.

  • Chart — Pages of this type display data in a visual format for easier interpretation. Some types include Line, Bar, and Pie.
  • Dashboard — Pages of this type contain Layouts which allow the Designer to render several Chart pages at once depending on the configured layout.
  • Dynamic — Pages of this type are the standard pages of the framework that allow for configured column controls and data manipulation.
  • Header Detail — Pages of this type display two linked pages in parent and dependent panes.
  • Report — Pages of this type are used as read-only renderings of data similar to Dynamic pages. With this page type, an automatic “Reports” link is added to the applications switchboard and each report page is shown as a page link.
  • Service — Pages of this type are configured to run events on a pre-defined interval. Both unit of measurement and quantity of measurement can be defined. These run in the background.
  • Static — Pages of this type allow the Designer to embed an external resource, whether a file, .aspx page, or other web resources.

ALLOW SELECT

If checked, the user can view the page and data on the page. Users may download the data, if download is supported in the page properties and WebApp Group.

ALLOW INSERT

If checked, the user can add data to the page, if insert is supported in the page properties and WebApp Group.

ALLOW UPDATE

If checked, the user can edit data on the page, if update is supported in the page properties and WebApp Group.

ALLOW DELETE

If checked, the user can delete the page or rows from the page, if delete is supported in the page properties and WebApp Group.
