User Download

Use this page to view all users registered in the Stewardship Tier.

To access this page:

Select Admin > Security > Security Management > User Security Reports in the Navigation pane.
Click the User Download link.

Field	Description
USER ID	Displays ID associated with user used to log in to the Stewardship Tier.
NAME	Displays name of user associated with the User ID.
WINDOWS USER NAME	Displays the login name used for Microsoft Windows to log in to the Stewardship Tier. This field is used if Integrated Authentication is enabled to validate against the Windows domain.
EMAIL ADDRESS	Displays user’s email address. This email address is used for all workflow notifications.
LANGUAGE	Displays language used for the user.
LOCALE	Displays the locale used to translate date and number formats for the user.
ADDED ON	Displays date when user was added to Stewardship Tier.
EXPIRATION DATE	Displays date when the user’s access to the Stewardship Tier will be terminated. If blank, the user’s access will not expire.
LAST LOGIN ATTEMPT	Displays the date when the user last attempted to log in to the system.
LAST SUCCESSFUL LOGIN	Displays the date and time of the last successful login.
FAILED LOGIN ATTEMPTS	Displays the number of unsuccessful logins. After the maximum number allowed by default is passed, the user account is locked.
