Stop and Start the Stewardship Tier Service

Users may want to stop a job from processing because an issue is being troubleshooted or to prevent certain actions from occurring, for example, during a downtime window.

NOTE: This process does not stop and restart the actual service; that is handled directly on the server on which the service is running.

To stop and start the Stewardship Tier service:

  1. Select Admin > Resources > Service Providers in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click Stop to stop the Stewardship Tier service from running.
  3. Click Start to restart the Stewardship Tier service.
