Report Access (By Report, By User)

Use this page to View the Report User Access Dashboard.

To access this page:

  1. Access Transform.
  2. Select Tracking > Report User Access Dashboard in the Navigation pane.

Field

Description

Wave

Displays the name of the Wave which categorizes the migration project the target is assigned to.

Process Area

Displays the name of the Process Area to which the selected target belongs.

NAME

Displays the name of the object the selected report is assigned to.

TARGET

Displays the name of the target the selected report is assigned to.

SOURCE

Displays the name of the source the selected report is assigned to.

REPORT

Displays the name of the report that was accessed.

REPORT TYPE

Displays the report type of the selected report.

All report types are included - Target Report, Target Report Segment, Target Source Report, Target Data Services Report, and Target Data Services Report Segment.

USER NAME

Displays the user name of the user that accessed the selected report.

AccessStats

Click to display the statistics in the child pane that shows the number of views of a report by a user by day.
