Target Reports Segments
Use this page to:
- View target report segments while Creating Target Report Segments
- Purge Inactive Segments
To access this page:
- Access Transform.
- Click the Targets icon on the Process Area Launch page.
- Click the Reports icon for a Target.
- Click the Vertical View icon for a specified report.
- Click the Segments icon.

Purge Inactive Segments |
Click to delete all the segments and segment user assignments for all segments that are inactive in the report’s latest run. |

SEGMENT BY FIELD |
Displays the report field whose distinct values will determine the number of segments and in turn the segment value for each segment. |

SEGMENT BY VALUE |
Displays the value from the Segment By Field used to filter the records of the segmented report. |
|
RECORD COUNT |
Displays the total number of records in a report segment. |
|
FILE LOCATION |
Click to download a report file containing the contents of a given Report Segment. It downloads to the local machine. This is not a CranSoft configurable option. |
