Retention Expiration Email

NOTE: This Collect page is accessed via Common.

To access this page in Common:

1. Select Configuration > Modules > Parameters – Collect in the Navigation pane.
2. Click the Workflow Settings tab.
3. Click the Retention Warning Email icon.

Field	Description
Subject Line	Displays the subject line of the workflow email sent when an object's retention date is within the number of days set in the Retention Expiration Date Notification field on the Parameters - Collect page's Workflow Settings tab. NOTE: A value preceded and followed by # is a dynamic substitution value for replacement at run time.
Email Body	Displays the text in the body of the workflow email.
Table Header	Displays the format of the table in the workflow email that contains details for objects. The table headers can be modified for translation or business reasons, but the table contents cannot.
