To access this page, select Common > Tools > Calendar from the Navigation pane.

Field

Description

Copy Calendar

Click to open the Copy Calendar page to add a calendar based on the selected calendar.

User View

Click to open the User Calendar page to view and update the calendar for a user. Refer to View or Change a User’s Calendar for more information.

NAME

Displays the name of the calendar.

DESCRIPTION

Displays a description of the calendar.

ADDED ON

Displays the date a calendar was added.

ADDED BY

Displays the user ID of the user who imported the calendar. If an ID does not display, the calendar was created by the system during installation.

Work Days

Click to open the Work Day page to set working days for the selected calendar.

Exceptions

Click to open the Calendar Exception page to set  Calendar Exception Dates for the selected calendar.

Users

Click to open the Calendar User page to add users to and remove users from the selected calendar.

Hours Per Day

Displays the number of working hours per day for the selected calendar.

Hours Per Week

Displays the number of working hours per week for the selected calendar.

Weeks Per Month

Displays the number of working days per month for the selected calendar.
