SLA Percent On Time by Scenario Details

Use this page to view details for the SLA Percent On Time by Scenario chart, based on active requests.

To access this chart in MDM:

1. Select Master Data Management > Design in the Navigation pane.
2. Click Vertical View for a category.
3. Click Metrics tab.
4. Click SLA Scenario; the details page displays in the child pane.

Field	Description
CATEGORY	Displays the category on which the chart is based.
SCENARIO NAME	Displays the scenario name.
PERCENT ON TIME	For the specific scenario, displays the percentage of active requests completed on time according to established SLA settings.
TOTAL SCENARIO COUNT	Displays the total number of times the specific scenario occurred in the SLA calculation.
ON TIME SCENARIO	For the specific scenario, displays how many times it completed on time based on SLA.
