To access this page:

  1. Select Admin > Security > WebApp Security in the Navigation pane.

  2. Click Groups for a WEB APP NAME.

Field

Description

WEB APP NAME

Displays name of the WebApp to which the security group belongs.

GROUP NAME

Displays name of the security group where user is assigned. Authorization to pages within WebApp is determined by security groups.

Users

Click to manage users assigned to the group.

Web App Name

Displays name of the WebApp to which the security group belongs.

Group Name

Displays name of the security group where user is assigned. Authorization to pages within WebApp is determined by security groups.

System Provided

If checked, this content is installed with the Stewardship Tier and cannot be edited.

If unchecked, the content was added by a user or process.

NOTE: This is a display-only check box. It cannot be updated.

Auto Register

If enabled, users are automatically added to this security group when added to the WebApp.

Expiration Date

Displays date when user’s access to the Stewardship Tier expires.
