Workflow Summary User Settings

To access this page, select Collect > Administrative > Workflow Summary User Settings in the Navigation pane.

Field	Description
TARGET	Displays target database for which summary workflow emails are sent to the user.
USER NAME	Displays user who received the summary workflow email.
WORK FLOW SUMMARY	If enabled, the user receives summary emails of workflow notifications instead of a separate email for each notification.The workflow summary email is sent once daily. NOTE: This check box must be enabled for the target and Data Controller so that the Data Controller will receive a warning email that data is going to be purged. Refer to Configure Data Protection for more information.
