Auto Ignore Columns

Use this page to Configure Columns to be Ignored.

To access this page, click Configuration > Auto Ignore Columns in the Navigation pane.

Description

COLUMN NAME

Displays the column that is ignored by default, either during a comparison or a sync in all Structure - Data tables / sub tables. This can be overwritten in each individual Structure - Data.

IGNORE COMPARE

If checked, Structure Data tables / sub tables that contain this column are ignored during the compare process.

If unchecked, the column is not ignored during the compare process.

NOTE: This setting can be overridden in individual Structure - Data tables / sub tables.

IGNORE SYNC

If checked, Structure Data tables / sub tables that contain this column are set to not sync during the transport process.

If unchecked, the column is set to sync during the transport process.

NOTE: Some fields should not be synchronized, such as user names, passwords or other sensitive data. This setting can be overridden in individual Structure - Data tables / sub tables.

SYSTEM SUPPLIED

If checked, this content is installed with the Stewardship Tier and cannot be edited.

If unchecked, the content was added by a user or process.

NOTE: This is a display-only check box. It cannot be updated.
