Distribution Workflow Attachment Option

Use this page to Configure Workflow Options.

To access this page:

  1. Select Information Steward Accelerator > Configuration from the Navigation pane.
  2. Click the Distribution Workflow Options icon.

Field

Description

Send Attachments

If clicked, the users in the Project Distribution receive an email with the report of records that failed the IS rules included as an attachment.

Send Emails Only

If clicked, the users in the Project Distribution receive an email but do not receive an attachment. The email has a link to the report in ISA.

Do Not Send Emails

If clicked, the users in the Project Distribution do not receive emails.

PROJECT ID

Displays the name of the project added in Information Steward and loaded into ISA.

PROJECT DISTRIBUTION ID

Displays the name of the Project Distribution to which the selected user is assigned.

DISTRIBUTION OPTION

Displays how ISA data is distributed to members of the distribution.
