View User Assignments to a Project Distribution

Users who belong to a Distribution can receive workflow emails about the rules associated with the selected Project Distribution.

Any user registered in ISA can be added to a Distribution by:

  • Assigning the user to a security role that contains the Distribution, or
  • Assigning a Security Definition Key Value of the Distribution to the user.

To view users assigned to a Project Distribution:

  1. Click Information Steward Accelerator > Project Summary in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click Distributions for a project.

  3. Click Users for a Distribution.
