System Administration

User History Log

Use this page to View a User’s Authentications, Property Changes and Access Changes.

To access this page:

  1. Select Admin > Security > Users in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click Vertical View for a user.
  3. Click the View History icon.

Field

Description

USER ID

Displays the user’s ID.

NAME

Displays the user’s name.

Authentications

Click to open the System Logs page with details specific to authentications, each time the user’s ID was used in a connection, both successful or failure.

Property Changes

Click to open the System Logs page with details specific to changes to properties that the user made, e.g., a password change log.

Access Changes

Click to open the System Logs page with details specific to security changes the user made.
