Enable Show in Navigation

Show in Navigation sets the values that display when a page title is expanded in the Navigation pane. By default it displays the Primary Key from the underlying table.

View an example of this in the Stewardship Tier by clicking Admin > Security > WebApp Security. The list of WebApps displays below WebApp Security in the Navigation pane.

Show in Navigation is available for the Text Box and List Box controls.

To show values in the Navigation pane:

  1. Access the Page Columns page's Vertical View.

  2. Click Edit.

    View the field descriptions for the Page Columns page

  3. Click the Advanced Properties tab.
  4. Click the Show in Navigation check box to enable it.
  5. Click Save.
