View the Controls Available For A Page Type

The controls that can be defined in column properties or a page are dependent on the page’s page type.

For example, a tab control is allowed on Dynamic pages, but not on a Chart page.

When a user designs a page with a page type of Chart, the Page Column’s page’s Vertical View displays only those fields relevant to the chart page’s allowable control types.

The control types that can be used on a page type cannot be updated.

To view the controls for a page type:

  1. Select Admin > Configuration > Setup > Page Types in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click the CONTROLS button.

NOTE: The Category must be associated with one or more value fields and displays on the x-axis.

NOTE: The value represents the grouping on a chart that displays the data and displays on the y-axis.
