Configure Proxy Sever Settings

To use Data Services AutoGen, the web server must be able to establish outbound connections to sites hosted by Syniti. This may require firewall exceptions and/or proxy server configuration on the Parameters page.

To configure proxy server settings for AutoGen:

1. Click the Automation tab in the Quick Panel.
2. Select the Object for which the proxy server settings are being set up.
3. Click the Build and Refresh Data Services icon in the Page toolbar.
4. Select Configuration > Parameters in the AutoGen Navigation pane.
5. Click Edit.

   View the field descriptions for the Parameters page.

6. Enter the AutoGen service URL (https://autogen.boaweb.com:2130) in the Auto Gen Service Url field.
7. Enter the proxy server address in the Proxy Server field.
8. Enter the proxy user name in the Proxy Username field.
9. Click Save.
10. Click the Test Connection icon to test the AutoGen service connection.
