Process Individual Addresses

In addition to processing a request (i.e., a group of addresses), individual addresses may be verified. Users may want to process individual addresses:

  • If there are not many addresses to validate

  • If corrections have been made to an individual address or a group of addresses based on responses received from Melssa, the address must be re-validated.

To process an individual address:

  1. Click Request in the Navigation pane.

  2. Click the Request Data icon for the request.

  3. Verify the address has been marked as “ready” by noting a checkmark in the Ready To Send field.

  4. Click the Process Record icon on the Page toolbar. This step processes all addresses marked as “ready” for the request.
