Template (Events)

Use this page to Register Rules to Template-level Events.

To access this page:

  1. Click Mass Maintenance > Team on Navigation pane.
  2. Click Templates for a team.
  3. Click Vertical View for a template.
  4. Click Configuration tab.
  5. Click Events.

Field

Description

TEMPLATE LEVEL EVENT ID

Displays the name of the event run at the Template level. Values are:

  • Request Cancel – Registered rules are executed when the template’s request’s status is “Cancelled.”
  • Request Create – Registered rules are executedwhen a new request is created for the template.
  • Request Delete – Registered rules are executedwhen a request created for the template is marked as “Deleted.”
  • Request Excel Create – Registered rules are executed when a request is created as the result of an external request scenario that creates an Excel-initiated request.
  • Request Post – Registered rules are executedwhen a request created for the template is posted. The event runs after the post is completed.
