Request Role Task Review

This page is accessed from a Content WebApp page that has been configured to include this feature.

Field	Description
ROLE ID	Displays the name of the role assigned to the task page for the request.
REJECTED	If checked, the task is rejected. If unchecked, the task is under review.
REJECTION REASON	Displays the reason the Review role rejected the task. A reject reason must be entered when rejecting a task. If the request has been rejected multiple times, each reject reason and the role that was rejected displays in this field as a running log of previous rejections.
Reject	Click to reject the role after entering the rejection reason. NOTE: This icon is disabled until the selected record has a rejection reason.
Column Search	Click to open the Enabled Columns by Application Role page to search for columns in the request and the roles that can access them. The count on this icon represents the number of enabled columns on the request. Refer to Search for Scenario Role Task Column Assignments while Reviewing a Request for more information.
