Debug Logs

Use this page to Configure Debug Logs Settings.

To access this page, select Common > Job Monitor > Debug Logs in Navigation pane.

Field

Description

Clear Debug Log

Clears debug log records (i.e., records under View Debug Log).

COMPONENT

Displays name of Stewardship Tier component being monitored. 

TRACE LEVEL

Displays severity of the message logged.

  • Disabled – Debugging is disabled.
  • Debug – A detailed message displays to provide data about the process.
  • Information – An information message displays to mark a landmark in the code.
  • Warning – A message displays to inform the user that a problem could surface.
  • Error – An error message displays while the process is executing. Processing can continue.
  • Fatal - An error message displays to indicate an error caused the processing to stop.

LOGGING INTERVAL

Displays the number of hours data is retained in the debug log. This field supports integer values only.

LOG START

Displays the time of the last debug log start.

LOG STOP

Displays the time of the last debug log stop.

RETENTION INTERVAL

Displays the amount of time in hours of retention of the log.

View Debug Log

Click to open the debug log for the component. If no logs exist the icon is not active.
