Business Process (Scenario Roles)

To access this page:

  1. Select Master Data Management > Design in the Navigation pane
  2. Click the Business Processes icon.
  3. Click the Scenarios icon.
  4. Click Roles SLA.

Field

Description

SCENARIO ID

Displays the scenario in the business process to which this SLA applies.

ROLE ID

Displays the role in scenario to which this SLA applies.

WORK MINUTES

Displays the number of days that all of the tasks in the role must be executed to meet the SLA.

NOTE: Leave blank to default to the values set up at the scenario. Refer to Set up SLA notifications in MDM for more information.

WORK HOURS

Displays the number of hours that all of the tasks in the role must be executed to meet the SLA.

WORK DAYS

Displays the number of minutes that all of the tasks in the role must be executed to meet the SLA.
