Request (Org Unit Assignments)

Use this page to Configure and Confirm Request Org Unit Assignments.

To access this page:

  1. Click Mass Maintenance > Requests on Navigation pane.
  2. Click Org Units for a request.

Description

Select All

Click to include all the Org Unit assignments in the request. This icon displays only if the Org Unit Security Level (set on theTemplates page's Vertical View on the Advanced tab) for the template is set to either OrgUnit Values Available for Assignment or User Assignments Defaulted, Change Allowed.

Unselect All

Click to exclude all Org Unit assignments from the request. This icon displays only if the Org Unit Security Level(set on theTemplates page's VerticalView on the Advanced tab)for the template is set to either OrgUnit Values Available for Assignment or User Assignments Defaulted, Change Allowed.

Reset Defaults

Click to reset a request’s Org Unit assignments back to the template Org Unit assignments. This icon displays only if the Org Unit Security Level (set on theTemplates page's VerticalView on the Advanced tab) for the template is set to either OrgUnit Values Available for Assignment or User Assignments Defaulted, Change Allowed.

ORG UNIT

Displays name of Org Unit configured for the template and available to be assigned to the request.

ORG UNIT VALUES

Displays value of the Org Unit configured for the template and available to be assigned to the request.

ASSIGNED

If enabled, the Org Unit is assigned to the request. If disabled, the Org Unit is not assigned to the request. This field is allows changes only if the Org Unit Security Level (set on theTemplatespage's Vertical View on the Advanced tab) for the template is set to either OrgUnit Values Available for Assignment or User Assignments Defaulted, Change Allowed. If the Org Unit Security Level for the template is set to User Assignments Defaulted, No Change Allowed, this field is disabled for changes.
