Use this page to View Table Field Results.
To access this page:
- Select
- Click the Profile icon for a data source.
- Click the Tables icon.
- Click the Fields icon for a table.

FIELD DEFINED ORDER |
Displays the order in which field displays in the table. |

FIELD NAME |
Displays the name of field within the table. |
|
FIELD DATATYPE |
Displays the type of field. |
|
FIELD DEFINED LENGTH |
Displays the number of characters allowed by the field. |
|
MAX FIELD LENGTH |
Displays the length of the longest field in the table. |
|
BLANK PERCENTAGE |
Displays the percent of blank fields in the table. |
|
UNIQUE PERCENTAGE |
Displays the percent of unique values (i.e., values that only appear once) in table. |
|
MIN VALUE |
Displays the value of smallest value in the table. |
|
MAX VALUE |
Displays the value of largest value in the table. |
|
Warning |
If an icon displays, Common has identified potential system issues that may need to be rectified by the user. |

Interesting |
If enabled, 10% of the table fields are blank. |

Blank Value Count |
Displays the number of blank values in the table. |

Blank Percentage |
Displays the percent of blank fields in the table. |

Unique Value Count |
Displays the number of unique values in the table. |
|
Unique Percentage |
Displays the percent of unique values (i.e., values that only appear once) in table. |

Max Field Length |
Displays the length of the longest field in the table. |

Min Value |
Displays the value of smallest value in the table. |

Max Value |
Displays the value of largest value in the table. |

Unique Flag |
Displays a message if the 1000 unique value limit is hit, i.e., there are more than 1000 unique values in the column. If the limit needs to be increased, update the Unique Cache Row Limit field under Configuration > Modules > Parameters-Profile. |

Warning |
Displays a warning message identified by Common to be rectified by the user. |

Processing Message |
Displays the current process status. Field is blank if there are no errors or messages from the processing job. |
